NB: “increase” means make 2st in one stitch 
dec - decrease 
NB: “decrease” means make 2 st together 
tog – together (to make a decrease) 
(----) x twice (3, 4, etc.) times – repeat actions in the brackets twice (3, 4 etc.) times 
ss – slip stitch

Is worked with hdc using purple yarn and 4mm hook. 
NB: ch2 at the beginning of each round and at the end of each round join with ss! 
1rnd: 2ch, 3sc into 2nd ch from the hook = 6sc 
2rnd: (2hdc in each st) x 6 times = 12st 
3rnd: (hdc, 2hdc in one st) х 6times = 18st 
4rnd: (2hdc 2hdc in one st) х 6 times = 24st 
5rnd: (3hdc, 2hdc in one st) х 6 times = 30st
